COVID-19 Updates

A Message to Our Community

Caregivers In-Home Care is a non-skilled personal care agency in the
community. The health and safety of individuals in our community is a top
priority for our agency. We understand that individuals may be very
concerned with having someone new assisting them during this time, given
many will be considered high risk during the outbreak of the coronavirus.
We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of
coronavirus. It is our hope that the safety practices of our agency will give
individuals the necessary confidence in allowing our staff to assist them with
their needs of care during this crisis period.

Our agency has been diligent in following the guidance and best practices
from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We have
instructed our staff to practice frequent hand washing with soap and water
for 20+seconds, coughing or sneezing inside of their elbow area, avoiding
touching their eyes, nose or mouth, cleaning frequently touched surfaces,
staying home if they are sick and adhering to social distancing.

We will continue to educate our staff as more information is provided to our
health care community. We are taking this unfortunate crisis extremely
serious. It is our effort to inform you of our commitment to our community to
give you the confidence to utilize our service today and in the near future. If
you or any of your family members have questions, please have them
contact our agency at 757-345-0393. Our agency desires to be a valuable
resource to you and the community.

Sincerely,
